Your privacy is very important to us (Traders’ Association Almere Town Centre – NL=OVSA). We certainly adhere to all laws on privacy. This mean that your details are safe with us and that we undertake to utilise them safely. This privacy declaration explains what we at www.almerecentrum.nl actually do with information garnered from you.

Contact Form and Newsletter
Use this contact form to ask us questions or make any particular request.
We will use your name and address and/or e-mail address to answer you. This is required for the contract we agree upon with you. We retain this information until we are certain that you are satisfied with our reaction, and for a further six months after. This enables us to easily retrieve earlier information upon follow-up queries. We can also use it to train our Customer Services to become better.
You might like to subscribe to our newsletter. Our newsletter contains news items, tips and information on all our products and services. You may stop your subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains a ‘stop subscription’ link.
Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. These details will be saved by us until three months following resigning your subscription.
Statistics and Profiling
We keep statistics on the use of our website. We use these stats to improve our website and for example to display only relevant information. We may combine your personal details in order to learn more about you. Your privacy will be respected at all times. If you would rather we did not do this at all, please let us know.
We would use your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, gender and date of birth. This had a genuine significance for us. We store this information for the duration of one year.
Provision to third parties
We do collaborate with various companies that may receive your personal details as listed above, from us.
We share details with the following parties, who then use these details for the own marketing purposes:

Advertisements
We would like to be able to send you advertisements detailing special offers and new products or services. We would do this:

You may make your objection to these advertisements known at any time. Every letter states how you can do this. Every e-mail contains a link for unsubbing. You could also block us or use the unsubscribe option.
Supplying other companies or institutions with your details
With the exception of the abovenamed partners, we will, under no circumstances provide other companies or institutions with your personal details, unless legally required to do so (e.g. upon demand by the police when a crime is suspected).

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how our visitors utilise our website. To this end, we have signed a processor’s agreement with Google. This includes strict agreements about what they are permitted to track. We have not given permission to Google to use the garnered Analytics information for any other Google services. We do permit Google not to anonymise the IP addresses.
Security
The safety of personal details is very important to us. We endevour to ensure that all personal details are kept secure. We continually adjust security measures, paying attention to what could possibly go wrong.
Modifications and Amendments to this Privacy Declaration
When our website is changed, of course we must also modify the Privacy Declaration. Please note the date above and check for new versions regularly. We will do our utmost to also publically announce any changes.

Complaints procedure
If you are of the opinion that we are not helping you in a correct manner, you have the right to issue an official complaint to the proper supervising authority. This would be the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Personal Details Authority).
