This is how to get to Almere the fastest
Almere is closer than you think! You can drive here from Amsterdam and Utrecht and be in the centre of Almere within half an hour. There are (multistorey) carparks directly in the centre of town and also right beneath the pedestrian precinct. Central Station in Almere (Centrum) has express connections (sneltreinen) to Amsterdam, Zwolle and Hilversum and you arrive right in the centre of town. Your shopping trip can begin directly upon exiting the station or garage.
Paying for your parking in Almere City Centre
Arriving by car and parking in the centre? All carparks in Almere City Centre are open 24/7 and are next to and beneath the totally pedestrianised shopping centre of town. A number of these garages have charging points for electric vehicles. Monday through Saturday (07.00-24.00) and Sundays (12.00-24.00) you can park at a parking metre in the centre of town (holidays included).
